Before launch. Vinilista is in development. You cannot buy a subscription on this website. The app-specific sections below describe how offers will work if made available; they do not mean the app or every plan is already on sale.
1. About Vinilista
Vinilista is a vinyl collection app being developed by Supermoon Software, S.L., legal name SUPERMOON SOFTWARE, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, NIF B88731120.
Calle Parque Sierra Norte, Número 1, Bloque 1, Escalera 1, Piso 1, Puerta 1, 41015 Sevilla, SpainRegistro Mercantil de Sevilla, hoja SE-154463, inscripción 1ª, IRUS 1000473857885. Contact: vinilista@supermoonsoftware.com.
These terms apply to this website and, when released, your use of the Vinilista service together with the terms shown in the relevant app store. By using the service, you agree to the applicable terms. A future release may require updated terms appropriate to its features.
2. The service and your use
Vinilista is intended to help you organize and view records in a personal collection. Features, device compatibility, and availability will be described in the app's store listing and in the app. Development previews are illustrative, and release dates or planned features may change.
Use the service lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful or infringing material. If an account is offered, keep its access credentials secure and tell us about suspected misuse.
You must be able to enter into these terms under the law where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian where required. Any age restrictions for the released app will also apply.
3. Your collection, photos, and other content
You keep the rights you have in the collection information, notes, and original photos you add. You must have the rights or permission needed to use what you submit.
Where content is sent to our service, you give us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it only as needed to provide the features you use. This does not transfer ownership to us or give us a general right to use your private collection for advertising.
Any sharing with other users would need to be explained by the relevant feature and the privacy policy. These terms do not imply that public profiles or community features are currently available.
4. Catalog information and artwork
Record titles, artist names, release details, and artwork may come from third-party catalogs or from information you supply. Third-party material remains subject to its owners' rights and any applicable license or attribution requirements. Vinilista is not affiliated with an artist, label, or catalog provider simply because their information appears in the service.
Catalog information may be incomplete or inaccurate, including details of a particular pressing. Verify information that matters to you. The service is not an appraisal, authentication, marketplace, or guarantee of a record's value unless a specific feature expressly says otherwise.
5. Plans, prices, and payment
When available, Premium may be offered as a weekly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Offers can vary by platform, country, and eligibility. The purchase screen and the store's confirmation show the features, billing period, localized price, and any applicable taxes before you agree to pay.
Apple or Google processes purchases made through its store account. This website does not collect your card details. Store terms also apply to the transaction.
Subscriptions
A subscription renews automatically for its stated billing period unless you cancel it through the store. Renewal prices and any price-change notices are handled under the store's rules and applicable law. Canceling usually leaves access available until the end of the period already paid for.
Trials, if offered
A free trial is available only when it is explicitly shown in your offer. Its duration, eligibility, and the amount charged after it ends must be shown before confirmation. Some offers have no trial and charge immediately. If you start a trial and do not cancel in time, it converts to the paid subscription shown in your offer.
Follow the store's cancellation instructions and timing. Apple advises canceling a free or discounted trial at least 24 hours before it ends.
Lifetime purchases
A lifetime purchase is a single payment for the Premium access described at checkout, without automatic renewal. Access depends on the continued operation of Vinilista; the word does not promise an individual's lifespan or perpetual, uninterrupted operation. Your mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain unaffected.
6. Cancellation, refunds, and restoring access
Manage or cancel purchases in the store where you bought them. Deleting the app, deleting data, or contacting support does not by itself cancel a store subscription.
- Cancel an Apple subscription and request an Apple refund.
- Cancel a Google Play subscription and review Google Play refund options.
Refund eligibility depends on the store, the circumstances, and applicable law. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refund policy or remove statutory rights. Contact us if a purchase or access issue remains unresolved. Use the same store account when restoring an eligible purchase.
7. Privacy, availability, and changes
Our privacy policy explains the information we handle. Keep copies of information important to you and check the storage and sync arrangements explained for your app version before relying on them.
We aim to provide a useful service, but interruptions, errors, and compatibility changes can occur. We may update the service for security, technical, or legal reasons. If a material change affects a paid service, we will give any notice and remedies required by law.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risks, or a material breach of these terms. This does not limit any notice, appeal, refund, or other protection required by applicable law.
8. Ownership and responsibility
The Vinilista brand, software, and original website design belong to Supermoon Software, S.L. or its licensors. These terms do not transfer intellectual property rights in the app or in third-party material to you.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from personal use of the service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or mandatory consumer guarantees.
9. Law, updates, and contact
Spanish law governs these terms, without taking away mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings that apply in your country of residence.
We will publish updates with a new date and provide additional notice when required. Material changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
