Make a request

Supermoon Software, S.L. is responsible for the personal information described in our privacy policy. Email us with the right you want to exercise and enough information to locate the information involved.

Use the email address you previously contacted us from, if possible. Do not send passwords, full payment details, or a copy of an identity document in your initial message. We may ask for proportionate verification if necessary to protect your information.

What you can ask for

Where the GDPR or another applicable privacy law provides these rights, you can:

  • Ask whether we process your personal data and obtain access to it.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion, subject to lawful retention requirements.
  • Ask us to restrict processing or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Request portability where its legal conditions apply.
  • Withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.

These rights can depend on the reason we hold the information. If we cannot fulfill part of a request, we will explain why and how you can challenge the response.

Timing and complaints

We respond within the time required by law, normally one month under the GDPR. If a permitted extension is necessary because a request is complex or we receive several requests, we will tell you within the initial period.

You can complain to the supervisory authority where you live, work, or believe a violation occurred. In Spain, you can contact the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

Collection data and subscriptions

Vinilista has not launched yet. This website does not store vinyl libraries or create app accounts. See request data deletion for requests concerning information you have already sent to Supermoon.

Information stored only on your own device or in your personal cloud account may require action through those services. Canceling a store subscription is a separate action from exercising privacy rights; our support page links to the stores' instructions.
