2. Information handled by this website
Website delivery and security. When you visit a website, technical information such as your IP address, browser, requested page, and time of request is transmitted to the infrastructure that serves it. Hosting and security providers may process this information to deliver pages, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems.
Messages you choose to send. If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any attachments you include. Please share only what we need to help you. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or identity documents unless a specific, necessary verification has been agreed.
This website does not offer user accounts, take payments, or collect vinyl libraries. Its contact links open your own email app; a message is only sent when you send it.
3. Why we use it
- To deliver and secure the website, based on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable service.
- To answer questions and handle support or privacy requests, based on our legitimate interest in responding, or to take steps at your request before a contract.
- To meet legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims when applicable.
Sending a support email does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

We review information for deletion when it is no longer needed. You can contact us to ask about the retention of information associated with you.
7. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Email vinilista@supermoonsoftware.com or visit request data deletion. We may need proportionate information to verify that the request is yours. We respond within the time required by applicable law, normally one month for requests under the GDPR.

8. The future mobile app
Vinilista is being built to organize personal vinyl collections. Before release, we will describe which collection information stays on a device, which information may sync through a cloud service, any account requirements, catalog searches, photo permissions, purchases, and any analytics or diagnostics actually used.
This website does not upload or sync a collection. The policy published with the app will explain its actual features and processing before you use them.
9. Children and updates
This prelaunch website is for a general audience and is not designed to collect information from children. Please contact us if you believe a child has sent us personal information that should be removed.
We will update this page as the service changes, including before the app launches. The date above identifies this version.
