Current status: Vinilista is in development. This website does not create app accounts or hold vinyl libraries. You can already use this page to request deletion of information you have sent to us, such as support correspondence.
How to send a request
- Email vinilista@supermoonsoftware.com with the subject Vinilista data deletion request.
- Tell us whether you want all Vinilista-related personal information we hold about you deleted, or identify the specific information.
- Use the email address previously used to contact us, if possible. If necessary, include the relevant account identifier or support reference. You do not need to download the app to make this request.
Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, full payment details, or an identity document with your initial request. If we need to verify that the request is yours, we will ask only for appropriate information.
If the button does not open an email app, copy the email address above into the email service you use. Opening the link does not send a request automatically.
What a request covers
We can address information controlled by Supermoon Software, S.L. in connection with Vinilista, such as correspondence and associated contact details. If a future app account or server-side collection is available, we will also address the associated information we control, subject to necessary verification and lawful retention.
Information may need to be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, or legal claims. If an exception applies, we will explain the categories affected and why they are retained.
We respond within the time required by applicable law, normally one month under the GDPR. Where a lawful extension is needed, we will let you know.
Device storage and your personal cloud
We cannot remotely erase information that exists only on your own device or in a personal cloud account we do not control. That information may require action through your device's or cloud provider's settings. App-specific instructions, including any supported iCloud storage, will be published when the released app's behavior is verified.
Do not assume that uninstalling an app removes cloud copies. Keep a copy of anything you want to retain before deleting it.
Subscriptions are separate
A data deletion request does not cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription. If you have a subscription, manage it separately through the store to stop future renewals. Our support page links to cancellation and refund instructions.
